FWTC Adults have various plans available to help you meet your goals! Every workout is made from scratch, creating custom plans tailored to each individual athlete. We also offer adult group workouts for athletes in the Fort Worth area!
BASIC PLAN:
Running: $125/month
Triathlon: $200/month
The basic plan is for anyone looking to improve and enjoy their experience.
Your workouts will be tailored specifically for you to meet your racing goals.
Workouts loaded on a weekly basis along with coach feedback
Access to all group training sessions
Athletes will have unlimited email communication with their coach (allow up to 24 hours for response)
Race Strategy provided for all races
Nutrition strategy provided for races
Athletes may make 1 schedule adjustment per week and major annual goals may be changed as necessary
Basic Training Peaks
COMPETITIVE PLAN:
Running: $150/month
Triathlon: $250/month
The Competitive Plan is for athletes looking for a higher level of customization and coach contact
Your workouts will be tailored specifically for you to meet your racing goals
Workouts outlined on a weekly basis with details provided 1-2 days in advance for increased customization. Feedback will be given as needed every 2-3 days.
Access to all group training sessions
Athletes will have unlimited email and text communication with their coach
Race strategy provided for all races. Pre- and post-race meetings for all A priority races
Nutrition Strategy provided for all races and key sessions
Athletes may make 3 schedule adjustments per week and major annual goals may be adjusted as necessary
Basic Training Peaks
PERFORMANCE PLAN:
Running: $175/month
Triathlon: $325/month
The performance plan is for someone looking to achieve the next level of performance and maximize their training potential.
Your workouts will be tailored specifically for you to help you meet your racing goals.
More advanced metrics will be used to track progress and plan sessions through Coach Keith’s proprietary data analysis program (beyond what can be tracked by Training Peaks)
Workouts outlined on a weekly basis with details provided 1-2 days in advance for increased customization. Feedback will be given daily or as needed.
Access to all group training sessions
Athletes will have unlimited email, text and phone communication with their coach
Race strategy provided for all races. Pre- and post-race meetings for ALL races (as requested by athlete)
Nutrition Strategy provided for all races and key workouts
Athletes may make unlimited schedule adjustments per week and major annual goals may be adjusted as necessary
Running & cycling power meters preferred (running only for those on running plan)
